The body of the dump truck was in a very bad condition, all rusty. We decided to do a complete overhaul. We spent most of the time removing the old coating and preparing the surface for painting. Cleaned and moved on to the primer.
We did not look for compositions of two different manufacturers, and immediately chose a primer and paint Zincor. At first we applied Zincor as a primer. We chose it because of the improved composition and the maximum zinc content. A huge plus is that the composition can be applied to strong rust, because it was impossible to remove all traces of corrosion from the body. Everything was smooth and dried in half an hour.
Moved on to finish painting with orange paint. The paint was easy to apply, plus low consumption and no dripping. The dump truck was like new!
