Zincor-Spray is a polymer based zinc-rich composition in an aerosol can. The spray is convenient for local treatment of small surfaces and parts of complex shapes. Restores damaged layers and renovates the appearance of metal. Spraying can be carried out outside and inside.
Zincor-Spray is designed for long-term corrosion protection of iron, steel and alloys. Zinc is highly resistant to corrosion and provides cathodic protection of surfaces when applied to ferrous metals. The high proportion of zinc powder in enamel (up to 96%) provides a reliable barrier layer. Due to its complete impermeability it prevents penetration of moisture and other factors.
Aerosol with zinc powder serves as an independent coating, restoration layer or primer for painting. After application, a matte gray coating is formed. Protective life of up to 50 years depending on operating conditions.

Instructions for use
- The surface is cleaned of loose rust, paint residue, dust and other contaminants, then degreased and dried. The layer of firmly adherent rust can not be removed.
- The enamel in the can is shaken thoroughly for 1 minute.
- Hold the spray vertically to apply evenly.
- Paint with zinc is sprayed at a distance of 25-30 cm from the surface.
- It is necessary to wait 15-20 minutes for drying of the first coat for repeated application.

Working and storage conditions
It is recommended to wear gloves, goggles and a respirator when working with zinc-containing compositions. When spraying paint in the room, take care to ventilate the room.
The zinc spray paint should be stored in a dark place at the temperature from -40°C to +40°C. The warranty storage period without opening the package is unlimited.
