What is Zincor?
Zincor is a coating with a high zinc content (96%) to protect metal from corrosion in different climatic conditions, in water, soil, indoors and outdoors. The one-component coating contains a polymer base and zinc powder.
Zincor - is not just an anticorrosive paint. This is a specialized composition for cold galvanizing, which is much longer in terms of metal protection than traditional methods of galvanizing. This is possible due to the unique double protection system (cathodic and barrier).
Quality assurance Zincor
The composition of Zincor primer was carefully developed and tested by our specialists. The high zinc content (96%) and a special polymer base, which does not prevent the transfer of electrons between zinc particles within the coating and between the metal, increases the protection period of Zincor up to 50 years. Regularly all products of our production are tested in independent laboratories to confirm the guarantee of high quality.
We are ready to compensate or repair the damage in case of unsatisfactory performance of the coating, in those cases where the application technology was not violated.

Comparison of our material and a conventional zinc primer.
- Cuts and sea water test (activity test)
Cuts were made on an iron strip painted with Zincor. The strip was then placed in salt water. After completing the test, we can see that the coating is active and ready to "cement itself" and consequently protect the metal from air and moisture penetration to it.
