Zincor is a protective primer with zinc for cold galvanizing. The zinc content is 96%. Preserves the protective properties for up to 50 years. Packaging - 1.7 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg and 38 kg.
Zincor-PRO is a new compound for manual anti-corrosion treatment of metals. It is characterized by enhanced protector action and increased service life. It has elasticity and high adhesion to poorly prepared surfaces.
Zincor-Spray in an aerosol can effectively protects metal from corrosion inside and outside. Suitable for use in all climates and atmospheric conditions. Drying time is only 20 minutes.
Cold galvanizing is the process of applying zinc-containing paints and primers to the metal surface. They are compositions with polymers, binders and maximum zinc content (up to 96%). Such coatings provide double protection: active and passive. When active (cathodic), there is electrochemical contact between the coating and metal, the zinc "sacrifices" itself to protect the metal. Therefore, corrosion will not occur until all the zinc is used up. Passive protection involves creating a solid, homogeneous coating that is impervious to moisture and corrosive substances.
Corrosion protection paints and primers for cold galvanizing are inexpensive and easy to apply. Hot-dip galvanizing is an expensive procedure, especially for large structures. It is performed by dipping products into liquid zinc. Cold galvanizing paints can be applied to metal structures without disassembling them directly at the places of operation (outside or inside the building). When applied, zinc-rich primers are not inferior to hot-dip galvanizing.

When choosing a zinc composite, you should pay attention to its basic characteristics:
Primers provide reliable protection of metals and are suitable for subsequent painting. For large metal constructions liquid paints in buckets of different liter are usually used. For local treatment of products - spray cans.
