Energy block protected by Zincor

Corrosion treatment of an entire power unit required extensive work. Thanks to the zinc primer Zincor it was possible to reduce time, finances and labor costs.

One compound allows to perform reliable anticorrosive treatment with double effect. The primer becomes an active and passive layer at the same time. It reacts with the base metal, increasing its protective properties, and creates an external barrier against atmospheric factors. Due to the high zinc content (96%), it provides corrosion protection for 10 to 50 years.

All elements of the power unit were treated with a primer, and some parts were additionally painted with a paint composition.
