Oil pipeline protected by Zincor

Zincor primer is suitable for the treatment of industrial structures and oil pipelines. It has high adhesion to different metals (1 point). Cold galvanizing allows to protect metals for up to 50 years. In severe operating conditions the coating lasts at least 10 years and can be easily restored if necessary.

Pipeline components are more susceptible to corrosion because they are exposed not only to moisture and air, but also to chemicals. External treatment can protect pipes from rapid rust corrosion. The anti-corrosion primer can be applied to wet surfaces and to areas affected by corrosion. An airless technique was used to paint a complex oil pipeline configuration.
