Protected gazebo Zincor

Before painting a gazebo installed at a summer house in the suburbs, required mandatory anti-corrosion treatment. Outdoor structures are particularly in need of protection from the weather, provoking the rapid emergence of rust. We cold-dip galvanized the ready-made pergola directly at the site of its installation.

Cold galvanizing does not require disassembly of structures, special conditions and expensive technologies. Composite elements of the gazebo were coated with Zinkor primer prior to welding.

After welding work was carried out processing of seams and joints, the places most vulnerable to corrosion. A layer of primer cured in 30 minutes. For the subsequent painting, we suggested colored decorative compositions, which are easily applied on zinc primers.
