Zincor-Spray is an inexpensive and easy to apply rust remover. It is designed for local treatment of ferrous metals, for their restoration and renovation. It is easier to treat hard-to-reach areas, complex parts and cavities in metal structures by spraying it on.

Zinc paint acts as a stand-alone coating or as a primer before a decorative finishing coat. Suitable for previously galvanised and welded structures, including rust-affected ones. Dries quickly and does not leave streaks. Creates a matt grey coating on which special coloured paints can be applied.
The composition is identical to that of Zincor anti-corrosion paint for metals. Slows down the corrosion process by a factor of three thanks to electromechanical protection. Even with one coat of 40-60 μm zinc, corrosion is halted for 7-10 years.
Re-application is recommended when structures are exposed to harsh conditions and aggressive environments. A major advantage is that it is a zinc-rich paint with the highest dry film content of zinc (96%). It also contains synthetic polymers for easy application and plasticity of the coating.
Zinc is a bivalent amphoteric metal, which allows it to react not only in acidic environments but also in alkaline environments. Zinc is one of the most active metals. Its activity is much higher than that of iron, the main component of metal structures. Accordingly, iron will not corrode in the presence of zinc.
Zinc anti-corrosive paints are also used to restore damaged surfaces. If the zinc layer wears off over time, this can easily be remedied and its protective effect extended. Metals can even be affected by rust. Loose rust must be removed, but it is possible to apply the spray on firmly adherent rust.
The versatility of cold galvanising makes it possible to restore areas of zinc coating that have been applied not only cold but also hot.
The spray can is applied in a simple way and does not require any special skills. If the instructions and precautions are followed, the treatment can be carried out by yourself. However, thorough preparation of the surface will be necessary for a good finish.

Care and caution are required when working with Zinc Spray. A mask, goggles, gloves and, in case of large spray areas, a protective suit are necessary. Avoid contact with eyes and exposed skin. Do not spray in high winds and in close proximity to fire. Ensure good ventilation when spraying metal indoors.
